We both went with a burger in a bowl, bunless, on a great assortment of fresh greens. His with feta, grilled onions, grilled pineapple, roasted red peppers, and a tomato dressing.
We are just two folks who reside in suburbia but have a hankerin' to try outside the box. We both lost weight on Weight Watchers, and developed a new appreciation for quality foods, made without junk.
For Eric, its all about the beer. He's a homebrewer constantly on a quest for that one beer that would actually match his talents. Some have come close. The quest continues.
For Cheryl, the foodie-challenge is finding the right foods without gluten. Thankfully, there's always wine, chocolate, cheese, and brussel sprouts.
